Dr. S. Chinny Krishna - Immediate past Chairman, Blue Cross of India

Dr. Krishna was a member of the Blue Cross board from 1964 to 1987, served as vice chairman from 1987 to 2001, and then became its chairman from 2001 until 2010. He was the vice chairman of the Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI) from 2001-2004 and was nominated by the government of India for another three-year term from December 2010.

Sathya Radhakrishnan - Honorary Joint Secretary, Blue Cross of India

Sathya is also a member of the governing body of Blue Cross of India. He contributes innumerable hours of volunteer service to the organization each week. His responsibilities, among others, include conducting outreach, education and fundraising programmes, inducting and training new volunteers, interviewing prospective vets and staff, counselling and doing hands on work at the shelter.

SUDHERSENA ALALASUNDARAM - Volunteer

Sudhersena has been a volunteer at the Blue Cross of India for the past 15 years. She is associate with a number of non profitable organizations in Chennai. Sudhersena's roles at the Blue Cross of India shelter consists of caring for cats, kittens, birds, and rabbits. She is keenly interested in the animal birth control program for cats and actively pursues it.
