Map of  ADOPT A LIGHT Adopt as light is an initiative started by ester passarnis former nomited mp. She is one of the Kenyan ladies who have come up wit an idea and implemented the idea. adopt a slight initiate is actually helping out millions of Kenya today why? The project aims at providing light to the street of Nairobi town and also into the slums of Kenya. This has helped provide security into the slums of Kenya. This has helped provide security into the areas because people can walk up-to wee hows of the night and still feel safe. it has improved business persons living standard as some work up to late hence earning an extra coin or income. Since this initiative was implemented worst lives have been improved and theft cases has also reduced. Read more.

Kenya Rural Electrification Project

Map of KENYA RURAL ELECTRIFICATION PROJECT People in rural areas were living in darkness for very long time.Every night they had to ensure that their ''Korobois'' were full of parafin.The use of parafin was very costly and it also caused respiratory infections. With the dawn of kibaki era after the 2007 elections hope came when the kenya Rural electrification Project was established in order to distribute electricity to rural areas.Years later we can see a big change with most of this rural areas powered by electricity.Where darknesss engulfed the whole village today we witness the night became equal to day light because electricity.Respiratory infections have greately reduced and all we can say is thanks to the government for establishing the kenya Rural Electrification Project. Tackling Mulnutrition

Map of Tackling Mulnutrition Malnutrition has been affecting most people in kenyan rural areas especially the children. This has been a major challege to the ministries of health and medical services because they dont get to reach the affected people in time. In west pokot, there is a great dissaster since there is lack of proper seeding habits especially to the children who are not well fed. Due to the tough time that their parents have, it is very difficult for their children to get what they need interms of proper feeding. The area is not very well productive and thos has possed a great challenge to tackling mulnutrition. The ministry of health need to put in measures to collaborate with other organisation to ensure that the people of west pokot are helped to tuckle mulnutrition. Read more.

Boda Boda Initiative

Map of Boda Boda Initiative Boda boda is an activity that has provided employment for many youths and people in some areas of the country.However most of the bicycles used by the boda boda men and women are mostly hired from people whom they pay fee for using it.An initiative has been put in place to ensure that they own their bicycles.A company by the name Donns Enterprises has been supplying bicycles(Germany made) to them and they have been encouraged to pay instalments.It is not expensive, cheap as in and thus many have gone ahead to get the bicycles to help them carry out their work. The venture has been yet of great benefit to people of my area. Read more.
