Ambreen Rahman is a Pakistani-American with five years of experience as a community development organizer in inner city neighborhoods and a former Amnesty International USA youth leader. A biomedical engineer from Columbia University in New York, she is a Clinton Global Initiative University Fellow for the past two years for her development work in earthquake-affected remote areas of Pakistan.
Shazia Zia is a native of Chikar, Pakistan and mother of two. A graduate of Govt Girl's College Chikar, Shazia is the primary female staff at CDRS and provides critical insight and supervision in the women's community development for this project.
