Women in villages use to spend most of their time in performing livelihood chain activities. She earns her livelihood by performing on farm and off farm activities. women are facing the problem of unemployment or economic duality. She is receiving less wages then man for performing the same task. Home industries hold an important position in rural set-up. . Women have no capital for making investment on purchasing raw material for making goods.
Women have less access to markets so they sell their products locally or to the wholesaler,who takes most of the profits, exploit them. In some cases goods are sold to wholesalers at cost price, which discourages them and they reduce the quality and quantity the produced. So there is a need of organizing them. It will be beneficial for women and they can earn more profit by selling the products directly.she can also get the ideas of entrepreneurship opportunities.

Garh (150 from Multan 150 from Muzaffar Garh) 5 days extensive residential training on Entrepreneurship development will be organized for selected women Data base of 300 trainees will be developed Linkages to market of trained women will be developed Exposure visit with trainees will be organized during the training workshops
