Ana Criquillion - Executive Director
Criquillion, after 20 years of experience, is well known in the Nicaraguan women’s movement. She founded and is President of the Board of Directors of Puntos de Encuentro (“Common Ground”), a Nicaraguan non-profit that works for the defense and promotion of women and young people’s rights. Criquillion also serves on the Editorial Committee of La Boletina, a national women’s issues magazine.
Millie Brobston - Development Coordinator for Institutional Donors
Brobston recently moved to Nicaragua, and has over nine years of experience working in philanthropy. She served as Program Officer for the Community Economic Development and Participation Program for the Public Welfare Foundation. She is also active in the leadership of Grantmakers without Borders, a network of funders dedicated to increasing social change philanthropy internationally.
Nadia Alvarado Torres - Development Coordinator for Individual Donors
Alvarado Torres has a Bachelor Degree in Women’s Studies from the Simone De Beauvoir’s Institute at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She was an active member of the Latin American Students Organization (LASO) of Concordia University and helped to raise thousands of dollars in food and clothes for the hurricane victims in Honduras and Nicaragua.
