We hope this finds you well (and warm). The Purple Feet Foundation is off to a great start in 2015, and we are so thankful to have such great friends to support our passion project. We are getting ready to open applications for this summer's thinc program that will once again take place at Eastern University.
Please take a look at what's happening with PFF in this month's donor report.
Thanks again for your kindness and generosity.

Dear friends of PFF,
Thank you so much for your continued support of the Purple Feet Foundation (PFF). It has been an incredible year of growth in many ways. We were able to expand our summer thinc program so seventh and eighth graders can attend. We also expanded support to our PFF kids throughout the school year through a partnership with Cabrini College.
And now our PFF kids are paying it forward to their younger peers in fifth grade through our #GivingTuesday holiday book drive.
Take a look at the December edition of our donor report.
Thank you and happy holidays!

Dear Friends of PFF,
This summer, thirty one students from Harrisburg, Philadelphia, South Park (PA) and Prince George's County (MD) experienced the thinc program at Eastern University. This year marked the first time students returned for a second year. Ultimately, students will participate in the thinc program for three consecutive years leading into their start of high school.
Also, this fall we are expanding the support we provide to students throughout the year. We are partnering with Cabrini College on a mentoring initiative that connects college students to our Purple Feet students both virtually and in-person.
So many good things are happening because of your support. Please take a few moments to see the impact your kindness is having on these children.

Thank you once again for your continued support!

To our friends of PFF,
Thank you again for your support. We are 45 days away from our anchor event - the thinc program. This year we are doubling the number of students who will participate. It has been quite a year, and we can’t thank you enough for your continued support.
We run the Purple Feet Foundation with a 100% volunteer staff and support our programs through private donations. Here is what we are investing in together:
"The reason I would like to attend the thinc program is to meet new people like me who would like to learn and have fun. I would like to learn new things and find out what really makes me, me. I would also like to thinc about my future and what I want to be. I'd like to get away from all the drama and drug dealing for a week. I would like to relax for once and worry about "me." I think that the thinc program can help me get started on some of these things."#thinc2014 applicant

Thank you so much for your generous donations in the past two months. We are off to a great start in 2014 and wanted to share some quick updates with about the Purple Feet Foundation.
We are gearing up for this year's thinc program and are doubling the number of students who will be able to participate. Our holiday book drive for #Giving Tuesday was a huge success! We also hosted a wildly successful Community Science Night in Harrisburg to kick off the recruitment process for thinc 2014. All in all, the new year is off to a fantastic start.
