Finalization of Community Selection
International Needs Ghana (INGH) has finalized the selection of the seven projectcommunities. These are Vome, Volo, Mepe Degorme, Aveyime, Dadome, Adudornu andAdidokpoe. All the communities are in the North Tongu District of the VoltaRegion of Ghana. These communities are located in areas where traffickers aretaking advantage of established migratory routes to traffic children to fishingcommunities along the Volta Lake. These children are then exploited for labourpurposes in fishing on the lake.
Project Reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
