The project will support 1100 orphans and vulnerable children identified in 7 communities in Gomoa District of Ghana 2009 during HIV AND AIDS support project by provision of school facilities
Lack of funds has rended some children of not going to school due to not having school uniforms,bags,books,sandals,fees and feeding in central region.The effect of climate change in the region has made the rural community virtually jobless because farming activities is not going on.The orphans and vulnerable children in these communities has no helper.High school dropout,teenage pregnancy,maternal and child mortality and poor health.
The project will provide 1100 orphans and vulnerable children with school uniforms, bags,books,sandal, fees and feeding.
will assist 1100 orphans and vulnerale children.7 communities in Ghana will benefit from school items provided. More children will go to school and create more jobs in future to reduce poverty in the community.
