What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
This project is adressing the lack of essential protecive gears and supplies required by people with Albinisms, lack of skin pigment-melanin, that help to protect skins agains dangerous sun radiation that inducess skin cancer. Poverty among the persons with Albinism, hinder them from acquiring these materials, that make them exposed to direct tropical sun radiations, that causes skin cancer. Large% of people with albinism contracts skin cancer in the rural areas of Tanzania.Also have poor vision
How will this project solve this problem?
This project will facilitate persons with albinism to acquire recommeded skin and eyes protection gears and supplies. School going children will additionally be helped to obtain vision improvement spectacles to enable them study properly at school.
Potential Long Term Impact
The livelihood and health of the persons with Albinism are improved, their life saved from danger of contracting cancer, making them healthy and productive eneough to take care of themselves and partcipate equally in economic and social ctivities.
