Natalie Williams, MPH - Country Representative

Natalie works and lives in Kenya as our Country Representative. Prior to joining VSI, she worked in Honduras as a Master's International scholar where she conducting qualitative research on access to contraceptive services among rural populations. She also designed and evaluated multiple health projects on infant and maternal mortality reduction in coordination with the Ministry of Health.

Shannon Bledsoe, MA - Field Operations Director

Shannon has worked throughout West and Central Africa, and has more than ten years of experience developing and managing international health projects. Before joining VSI, she worked with Population Services International (PSI) as Haiti’s Country Representative where she designed and implemented a variety of programs that reduced barriers and promoted access to health products and services.

Ndola Prata, MD, MSc - Medical and Programs Director

Dr Prata is an Angolan physician and medical demographer who has worked in many African countries. She has designed the protocols and directed technical assistance and training for the Venture Strategies clinical demonstration studies in Tanzania, Nigeria, Bangladesh, and Egypt. She is also a lecturer in the School of Public Health, University of California, Berkeley.
