He is very experienced in qualitative and quantitative researching assignments. He has had working experiences in all the 10 regions of Ghana.

He has enormous field experience in community managed microfinance, credit and investment, Education, Extension, training, food security/food aid, Social marketing/behavior change communication, Community organization, survey , Project design, proposal writing, project analysis and evaluation, Rural development/gender, HIV-AIDS focal person and Micro enterprise development

Dela is a Social and Economic Development Consultant with almost twenty years experience working in both rural and urban settings. a meticulous researcher in the areas of youth education, training and enterprise, and Reproductive Health, as well as HIV/AIDS.
