The drug adherence level for people taking ARV's and other medicines for opportunistic infection is gradually increasing as the community workers continue to recieve bicyles to facilitate their movements to visit the sick. During this period the frequency of visting the clients by community workers who received bicycles has gone up by 45%. It is also paramount to note that Community workers spend long hours with the clients than before and can easly take record of all the necessary information which can help the medical personnel to improve the service to the clients. This is attributed to the free and easy movement from client to the other.
"My work has been made easy since i got a new bicycle from Kitovu Mobile" says Namuli Egulansi a community worker of Kitovu Mobile. "I can now confortably visit my clients and fill all the necessary forms without rushing because i know i can easly make it to another client with no delay".
