Yliomon, AKA Peralta, spent time as Vice-Coordinator of a community development organization for Haitians in his home town Esperanza, Dominican Republic before moving to Montellano, Dominican Republic in 2003. There he met the great need of the new community he and his family became a part of by founding and running an new community development organization. He continues to run things salary free.
Freddy is Peralta's loyal son who assists him in running the community development organization along as part of the general direction committee. Freddy has adequate computer skills and will be one of the people responsible for running the Internet Center.
Combined with other sources of funding, this project raised enough money to fund the outlined activities and is no longer accepting donations.
