Joe Bass - President, Founder
Joe traded his golf shoes and retirement for muddy boots after seeing how polluted water destroys the health of indigenous children.
He asked, "why should children have to drink bad water when it rains so often? Why not catch, store and share it?"
Joe and Maribel's work has received international recognition. They were chosen as "people who are making a difference in the world today."
Maribel Bass - Co-Founder
Wife, co-worker, first aid dispenser, scholarship administrator, friend to the poorest, feeder of hungry kids, patient listener to all in need.
Maribel, from Costa Rica, knows the people by name and speaks their language.
Indigenous communities have come to know and trust her. She comforts anxious children awaiting first-aid.
KEN EIDE - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
