Andrea Powell - Executive Director

Andrea Powell (Executive Director) co-founded FAIR Girls in 2003 and currently serves as Executive Director. For the past 8 years, Andrea has led FAIR Girls' efforts to prevent the trafficking of girls in the United States and in FAIR Girls' global programs in Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Russia, and Uganda.

Allison Medina - Director of Programs

Allison Medina (Director of Programs) is responsible for FAIR Girls's prevention and case management programs in the United States. Ms. Medina has extensive programmatic and direct service experience in working with survivors of trafficking and gender-based violence. She has trained law enforcement, lawyers, and social service providers on cultural competency, working with survivors of trauma.

Tanja Radovic - International Programs Manager

. Ms Radovic joined FAIR Fund as our first JewelGirls art therapist in summer 2007 where she facilitates weekly workshops for girl survivors of human trafficking and street life. Previously, Ms. Radovic worked with FAIR Fund and the Centre for Youth Integration on the program, Project Prepare!, where she assisted in the curriculum design and implementation of an anti-trafficking and life skills
