Developing A Community

Map of Developing a community Shabali tee water project is a group of community members who came together to drive off water from the main lake Victoria water pipe-(from chepsonoi to kakamega town).This group wanted to sensitize the community in order to have water individually homes/households.This would expose people to clean drinking water of course at a fee,some people took this positively while others declined because of a fee of only ksh/= 600 was attached.Most of those who took it seriously are already enjoying clean water,but those who declined are still fetching water from streams and wells. This project is still on going and the community is still digging trenches in expectation of pipes for provision of water unfortunately the people who have started benefiting from pipes which are very limited are officials and the community members are still looking forward to wherever pipes could come from. Improving Good Water For Human Consumption Within Khngungu Village

Map of IMPROVING GOOD WATER FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION WITHIN KHNGUNGU VILLAGE For about 5 yrs ago, Khungungu residents have experienced water problems, hence resulting to disease like diarrhea because back untreated water. But because of SINGI C.B.O's trainings and awareness to the local community villagers, several bore holes have been dugged in the village. The Singi C.B.O through its chairman. Mr. William Buluma has been very much close with the Ministry of health and two wells has been made. Mr. Buluma has also made sure that the water medicine (Aquatabs) are supplied to the beneficiary regularly. The SINGI C.B.O has trained about 7 youths to dig bore holes which gives them their daily bread. Read more.

The C.D.F funds from the government has helped may pupils get education in Kilome constituency.Orphans and other needy pupils are provided with fees which helps not only their parents but also the society. My Childhood Background

Map of MY CHILDHOOD BACKGROUND Amuge Conni of 22yrs comes fro, lira district When she was 2yrs old she stayed with her step mum who ill treated her like making her carry heavy jerrycans go without food, When she was in p .7 her step mum died and although she ill treated her she let her go to school When her step mum died her father discovered that he had cancer and this disease made her father weak and latter stopped working and therefore connie stopped in p3 So now she's doing house maid work in order to survive. Don't Give Up.

Land Policy

Map of LAND POLICY Mau forest has changed than days before because the government of kenya send away people who grabbed and without utilile died.Some cut down trees and burn charcoal and they do not now that they destroy our environment.They were chased away and our mau forest changed and enviroment is good trees grow well about the problem is that those who were send away do not have a place to re-settle they were also (IDPS) sleeping in tends with small kids sometimes they do not home food to eat no school because school is too far and kids cannot manage to go to school to get education. Map of Determination I was inspired by a young man who had left four year ago due to lack of school fees .He later became a hawker and opened a fixed account where he deposit little sums of money such as sh.200 per month. When i saw him at citizen television ,this year as he told his story,he had been able to accumulate sh.100,000 in three years.This money he ws able to pay his school fees to start in form three in a school in central province From his story i was able to learn the art of saving and it taught me that even with little money that one earns,one can save it.The determination of this man enabled him to achieve his goal which was to return back to school and get educatiopn.
