Alec Khachatrian - Director of Programs, Russia

Prior to joining the TPAA team, Alec was a Program Assistant at UNAIDS in Moscow, where he worked on the development of several important HIV/AIDS projects, including the National Forum of Non-Commercial Organizations working in HIV/AIDS. From 1998-2001, Alec served as an Information Manager at Medecins San Frontieres. Until 2003, he was a Technical Adviser to the Open Society Institute.

Sergey Votyagov - Policy and Leadership Program Manager

Prior to joining TPAA, Sergey served as the Alumni Program Coordinator at ACTR/ACCELS. At American Councils, Sergey also worked as a Program Coordinator for a pilot Russian Leadership Program "Open World", where he organized missions to the United States for over 1500 participants, including members of the Russian State Duma and other Russian leaders. Sergey also worked for IREX.

Olga Sinitsyna - Policy and Leadership Program Associate

Prior to joining TPAA, Olga worked for ACTR/ACCELS as Editor/ PR Specialist, developing a variety of informational and promotional materials. Earlier she worked as news editor, writer, translation editor, staff reporter, information specialist and media assistant for a number of publications, business companies, and institutions.
