Map of Help to the disabled Easter seals has been helping people with special needs attain education and life skills for the past 90 years. people with disabilities and special needs rights have been addressed through this organisation. it helps the people with disabilities address life's challenges and achieve personal goals. people with disabilities who have experience in certain jobs have also been helped get employed so that they can provide for their families. Road Network

Map of Road network The road to my village and estate was in a mess. We joined hands with my fellow workers to ensure that access is guaranteed. This road problem was always a cause for many health challenges because accessing health facilities was an issues. The municipal council of Kakamega under the local govt support went on to give a hand to the villagers to ensure that the estate is accessible and infrastructure is done. The bulldozers worked on the road and now the road is accessible inside and small bridge well done. Read more.

Water Project

Map of Water project The year 2006, th community in Chetambe were asked to cooperate and work with engineers and water expers to design a water scheme for the area. The wako scheme was to solve the continous water shortage in the village and the neighbourehood the programme was initiated, the designs awere done and the proposal development and finally funding was secured for hte project. The construction process was started in 2007 in Septemeber and was expected to be completed by Septemeber 2008. Upto now, the project is not yet through and the objectives are not yet met the mutual structures put in place lie idle. Read more.

Policeman

Map of POLICEMAN Policemen are the most corrupt people one can ever think of especially the traffic police.The traffic policemen are believed to be so much corrupt such that whenever they don't have anything to cook in their house they'll simply go out stop a vehicle be bribed then go home with something to cook in hand. One day during the Michuki laws in 2004 and 2006 a certain traffic policeman .lost his job just because of this absurd behaviour .The laws prohibited any public service vehicle from carrying excess passengers at that time .The vehicle I was using and the conductor bribed th policeman.Unfortunately a certain officer from the police headquarters was in the vehicle so he recorded everything with his phone camera including the badge number of the policeman. He then introduced himself to them and oooh my I have never seen a man beg for forgiveness the way the policeman did .He cried and wet his cheeks and wet hos cheeks and everyone in the vehicle pleaded for mercy for him to the officer from the police headquarters. The officer forgave him but gave him a stern warning never to repeat thye practice again .Thanks for the Mwananchi or the citizens who pleaded for mercy for him otherwise his end had just come.
