Talmage Payne - Hagar International CEO

Mr. Payne has been CEO of Hagar Cambodia since December 2006. Prior to assuming this role, he worked for World Vision Cambodia for 14 years. From 2002 until he left the organization, he served as WV Cambodia Country Director. Mr. Payne currently oversees all Hagar Cambodia social programs and the three social enterprises.

Sue Hanna - Senior Manager of Hagar Children's Programs

Prior to joining Hagar Cambodia, Ms. Hanna served World Vision New Zealand for 10 years, as a District Manager. Since 2005 she has co-managed all eight Hagar children’s programs as well as four technical teams. She played an instrumental role in developing the Hagar Aftercare model which has received international acclaim.

Sam Sreyna - Aftercare Manager

Sreyna is a qualified counselor. Prior to assuming her current position in 2007, she served for two years as a counselor in Hagar's Foster Home Project, working with children trafficked for labor.
