Community based Water Management in 125 industrially polluted villages at Jajpur district of Odisha, India through committee formation and capacity building exercises to 3125 Women members.
During Summer women have to travel long distance to fetch water for household consumption. It takes lot of time and more pressure on her. If there is a caste related issues then the women belong low caste has to wait long hours till the high caste women finish their quota. Prevalence of water borne diseases has more impact in terms of workload as well as financial constraints on women

The Project will help grooming up 125 village water and sanitation committees. It will link to govt & empower through capacity building exercises & reduce the gender gap. Water borne disease will be reduced.
