Children Rights

Map of Children rights The trend that has co existed among us of child labour,where children are manipulated and exploited while they are supposed to be in school will soon be a thing of the past. As COTU chief executive officer,Atwoli signed the international convertior that seeks to prevent employment of children. Through this convention COTU has done us proud because we strongly believe that the rights of the children particularly that of education would be reversed and every child will not be subject to abuse of exploitation but will have an opportunity to go to school like other children. Economic Activity

Map of ECONOMIC ACTIVITY No one can imagine that garbage collection could or can earn one a huge living,but as for me its a story that at some point seemed impossible until i saw with my own eyes that garbage collection could do to an individual.Michael s life changed after he ventured into the business while in nakuru.he would purchase a hundred huge polythene bags at a cost of ksh.50 each and give them out to 100 household at a cost of ksh 150.the garbage of the household is collected into the would be collected by Michael and then later Michael would be sell them to farmers a 200/= per bag.After a period of 6 months he'd employ many people to help him supply the bags even to hotels and companies. this helped to solve the problem of joblessness and poverty around the areas as many willing and determined people got employed with Michael being the manager of the now established company. Nancy And Moses

Map of NANCY AND MOSES Nancy's parents had just passed away while she was in form four her future seemed blurred and futile and all hope was gone to her , there was no chance for survival and for a moment she thought of doing away with her life. One day at the brinks of giving up in life, she met Moses a university graduate and working with co operative bank of Kenya .He was not old but was just in his mid twenties but already established. Moses fell in love with her and so he approached her but Nancy constantly put him off because of the negativity she had already developed about life. However Moses managed to convince her and as they started dating Moses got the white history of Nancy and that became the revival of Nancy's hopes . Moses took her to school and sponsered her upto university level. After Nancy's education they wedded and today they have two children and Nancy is a senior accountant in one of well established financial institution in Kenya. Read more.
