Lowell founded the organization in November 2003. Lowell is a former public interest attorney who loves people and computer. Prior to FTC, he was a Board Member, Executive Director, Construction Project Manager for a small DC non-profit that designed and built homes to demonstate that green building need not raise costs and can remain affordable. He is a graduate of Yale and Harvard Law School.
Combined with other sources of funding, this project raised enough money to fund the outlined activities and is no longer accepting donations.
