Don't Let Any Child Die Of Hunger

By a female, 16-21 years old, in Kenya
Map of Don't let any child die of hunger Many children in Kenya are faced with malnutrition and death from starvation. Visit some of the arid and semi arid areas and you will see crying children who have nothing to eat; sometimes for days. Lack of food is one of the main problems facing Kenyans at the moment. The government and concerned citizens should concentrate their efforts in helping starving families. Do not let a single Kenyan child die of hunger. Leaders should stop campaigning for the 2012 elections and instead use their energy and money to provide food. If Kenyans if Kenyans continue to die from starvation there will be fewer voters anyway. I urge all those who can donate some food for hungry Kenyans. If you have an extra packet of maize flour please take it to the Kenya Red Cross Society offices and they will take it to a starving family. Helping is so simple and good. Read more.

Showcasing Our Talent

By a female, 16-21 years old, in Nairobi/kamukunji, Kenya
Map of SHOWCASING OUR TALENT In slums areas we had many talented children including footballers though it has been so brutal to see that this children have been not exposed and boasted their talent indeed they do not have someone to support them .This is why Airtel and Mathare youth sports association (MYSA) have considered and come up with a strategy of progressing sports in Kenya. they have add more perhaps in slum areas they have provided alot including Jerseys balls and more, it has been like fulfilling the desire of kenyans . Now what mysa and airtel are fascinating are focusing is to build more fields for sports and to be more fascinating and complementing. They have shown generosity to us and what Kenyans should repay them by showing their talents and playing hard so that next time they will deliver something great than before. But where we are Kenyans had shown something where three players of Kenyan are playing abroad and that has been fabulous and also making Kenya name to shine world wide. This all is because of MYSA and Airtel and their reward is by showing them what we are , showcasing our talent fully.
