This project will reconstruct homes and re-establish schools and small businesses destroyed by Super Typhoon Haiyan in The Philippines

What is the issue, problem, or challenge?

Thousands of homes, schools, small businesses and livelihoods were destroyed by Typhoon Haiyan. Some will fall through the cracks in the aid and compensation system.

How will this project solve this problem?

We will help citizens affected by Typhoon Haiyan by identifying those who have been forgotten or left behind and help them rebuild and re-estblish their homes, schools and businesses

Potential Long Term Impact

Citizens who have their homes rebuilt will have a place to live again, and small business owners who lost their shops and inventories will be back in business again, which will help the economy and will help normalize the their communities, children who lost their school will be able to go to school again
