Tim Slattery - Peace Corps Volunteer

Tim is enjoying his time living and working in Nahualá, Sololá, in the western highlands of Guatemala. He is a youth development Volunteer, and in addition to his primary work with the youth radio show on Nawal Estereo, he teaches life skills classes in two middle schools, works with a computer center named Swan Tinamit, and does workshops with a womens group and a youth health center group.

Pedro Sohom Cotiy - Technician and Radio DJ

Pedro works for radio Nawal Estereo, recording and editing programs, pubic service announcements, spots, and radio dramas. He also maintains the station's web site, www.nawalestereo.com, which broadcasts the radio online in real time.
