Singing & Drawing through her last days

Singing & Drawing through her last days
"Bayu" had retinoblastoma. She was admitted to Rachel House when her treatment was no longer working. Bayu spent her last days drawing and singing while her symptoms and wounds were being managed by the nurses who adored her. (view small | med | large | orig)

A friend on her last journey

A friend on her last journey
"Sylvia" was a teenager who taught us true courage and generosity. She declined treatments as she no longer wanted to be a burden to her family. On her last journey, Rachel House found a young volunteer who spent many hours drawing and writing with her - Sylvia's hobby. (view small | med | large | orig)
