Laila Karamally has a decade of experience nonprofit leadership positions, having run international agencies assisting underprivileged communities world-wide. Laila draws from both her background in nonprofit management and communications to advance DIL's mission and vision and to achieve the strategic goals. She oversees the agency's finances and facilitates the program implementation.
