What is the issue, problem, or challenge?

The government school in Rajugela, located in Uttar Pradesh, India, is suffering from low attendance rates and poor teaching. As a result, many children in Rajugela are uneducated. The school that ISF built provides a quality, individualized education, so that the children can be educated, literate, and most importantly, obtain successful careers to break out of poverty. Every year. 200 children attend the school. The school's attendance rate is at 90% and the students also have high exam scores

How will this project solve this problem?

Education- Teach essential subjects- Hindi, English, math, and environmental science Nutrition- Deliver nutritious meals to the children in the school daily to prevent or treat malnutrition

Potential Long Term Impact

I am working on the environmental science curriculum for fifth graders, which comprise around 50 students in the school. This subject is very essential since the children and the villagers are so dependent on their natural resources for survival.

Project Message

My village has had a government school since my childhood; but no children were at school. Even if children complete their primary education, 99% do not have the competencies that they should acquire.
