Summary

Project facilitates valuable trade skills training enabling youths and young adults to be gainfully employed and self-sufficient. This training, in high demand, empowers and fills a vital gap. The training / education provided helps to complete their preparation and positions them as people who contribute to national development. Priority is given to women. At the end of the training, participants are provided with tool-kits that help them start their own businesses.

What is the issue, problem, or challenge?

Many school drop outs, school drop outs, orphans and people displaced by the civil war in Freetown do not have access to equipped facilities for training in valuable self-sufficiency trade skills.
