Map of Consequences of addiction and how to solve them. The Bunyore quarry has become an employment area for young boys, one case is of two friend of mine. It all started with a joke. Koech and Noti would sneak out of school and go to the quarry for a period of two hours and each of them a hundred shillings. The pay was not equal to the work but their did not care they saw a chance to get quick money.The is become a routine sometimes they would miss a lesson of the day so as earn extra money, this affected they academic performance. Koech and Noti who were always number one were now operating at position sixteen and twenty. This continued for a long time until the school administration intervened.Noti and Kpech were counseled. Noti and Koech took in the advice and stopped attending the quarry business. Hence improved their academics. Read more.

Map of MKOKOTENIS Kamau having completed his form successfully five years back and searched for employment which he did not get opted to pushing a mkokoteni Pushing this cart is not easy especially under the scorching hot sun that has been in Nairobi of late. He faces so many challenges like during his work,he always appear dirty due to the nature of his job. sweating under the scorching sun not forgetting the crazy matatu drivers who get inpatient with them especially when they are infront of them and telling insults at them Nairobi city council is also anther challenge as they do not want them on our roads instead they want a motor propelled cart compared to his that hand pulled But at the end of the month he is able to put food in the table.He does not steal from anyone or beg from people the little he gets he supports his wife and his two kids.He believes that this hard life will change to a better one on e day. Community Development Manipulated

Map of COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT MANIPULATED After expansion of the rural-urban road by a governmental community based organisation, the organisation embarked on construction of bridges that pass streams within the community. Culverts were brought plus many equipments for the job to comence. some youths were used to assist in the construction since most of the work was mechanical, After a week the job stopped and the bridge was not completed. People kept hopping that the job would continue but to their expectations nothing happened. Several rainy seasons passed and the small part they had made was swept away by the floaded streams. Debris of the bridge still lie at the stream while the water has already changed its course making it hard task to use culverts in such work. People who used the road passed the stream, get a hard time when it is floaded until others had to leave their vehicles and bikes parked in neighborhood near the stream to avoid tisles. People wondered what happened and who really were given that job to make the bridges. Read more.
