Orphans and Vulnerable Children Care organization plans to provide school materials to 255 orphans students in 12 schools which are Puma, Utaho,Kituntu,Musambu,Iseke,Mhintiri,Wibia primary schools and Puma, Miandi, Utaho, Masinda and Mhintiri sec. schools in Ihanja.Each student will get 50 exercise books, 5 pencil, 10 pens, 1 bag, 1 pear school shoes, 2 pears stocking, 1 pear uniform, 1 pear pullover, school fees to 55 sec. school students,1 pear ruler, 1 mathematical set and 1 pear sports shoes
The community is facing poverty problem to the students and non-students orphans who are affected for 80% percent comparing children with parents who are affected by the poverty for 40% percent. So, they encounter hardships when in classrooms while their peers documenting the lessons but they don't in case of lacking school materials and school fees. Other orphans students stop attending school in case of lacking school materials and school fees. 255 orphans students will benefit.
Orphans and Vulnerable Children Care organization will provide school materials to orphans students and pay school fees for the secondary school students to solve the problem. Each student will be provided with 50 exercise books, 5 pencils, 10 pens, 1 pear school uniform, 1 pear school pullover, 1 pear school shoes, 1 mathematical set, 2 pears school stocking, 2 rulers, 1 school bag, 1 pear sports shoes and pay school fees to 55 secondary school students to solve the problem.
The project will help 255 orphans students tackling illiteracy. The project will stimulating their learning desire and they will have good results in their quarterly examinations and even in the Final National Examination. So, the project will decrease the increasing number of the illiterate orphans children without jobs and with bad life situation in the future. More than one thousand and twenty (1020) people will benefit from the implementation of the project.
