This project will provide essential education material to 150 children affected by terrorism in Swat, Pakistan. Education material will include uniform, books, notebooks, and bags.
A massive military operation against miscreants in Swat left over 2 million people homeless who have now returned to homes after success of the operation. Over 230 schools have damaged and revival of education can help the children to avert Talibanisation. Proposed project would help 150 students to revive their education.
Project would help government primary school students by providing them school supplies like books, notebooks, writing materials and school bags. A new school established in this area through this funding currently enrolls 150 students.
Provision of education for the affected children of Swat in Pakistan will help avert the effects of terrorism. It will provide children opportunity to learn in schools and develop positive attitudes and increase literacy.
"I am eager to start my school back in my village in Migora and a little help for uniform and books will help us resume our school again"
