The annual day of 2009 had a structured programme wherein the curricular abilities and excellence from
LKG to Class 5, were showcased, interspersed with songs and dances. It was all along the students’ show with two of them taking on the role of anchors. For the first time there was an Englsih play 'Cinderella' and recitation of a Hindi poem with the translation in Telugu.

How fast can you eat a biscuit and run ahead?
Everyday the school gets to face new challenges ranging from a child becoming an innocent victim of domestic violence to children exhibiting disturbing behavior at school but devises strategies to deal with them. Promoting their art and sports talent has been one winner. A hot wholesome lunch is another. These two initiatives have kept the attendance level at 98% since the past three months. The 'rangoli' painting and sports events were a huge success.

We were able to mainstream the 2 girls in grade 5 by getting them an admission into grade 6 at St.Johns Church High School, a well known institution in Secunderabad, in addition they have received scholarships. The school's strength was bolstered by 17 new additions to bring it to a total of 71. We have also recruited 2 new teachers and a program officer to manage the school.
