Help develop and expand a small business through management consulting. This project provides small businesses with intensive consulting services and cash investments.
Management consulting can help small businesses identify and eliminate the factors that prevent them from developing and expanding. Similarly, a small cash investment can help businesses overcome growth constraints. This project targets 160 Accra-based small businesses.
Small businesses will be provided with intensive management consulting services by local consultants, as well as $200 to invest at their discretion.
The small businesses will be able overcome growth constraints to develop and expand their operations.
This program will teach entrepreneurs how to expand their businesses and increase their income, so that they can provide a better future for themselves and their families.
