Jason & Jenni Doherty - Founders

Jason and Jenni Doherty have combined 15 years of experience in the education field. In 2008, they moved to Kenya to begin Daraja Academy. They hired an all Kenyan staff and have solidified strong partnerships throughout the country. My parents believed strongly in girls' education and they tirelessly supported me through to Moi University (Kenya) where I graduated with a Bachelors of Education in 2005. Working in the Daraja community fulfills my heart's desire to change the lives of girls."
