Phillip Wallin - President

Phillip Wallin co-founded Western Rivers Conservancy and serves as the organization's President. In 1988, Phil created River Network, which once housed Western Rivers Conservancy. Prior to establishing Western Rivers Conservancy, he was a founding staff member of the Trust for Public Land.
