Burning Of Land

Map of Burning of land Long ago, people used to clear farms through slash and burn methods as used shifting cultivation which lead to soil degeneration.The burning kills the Micro- organisms and thus robbing the soils of organic matter.This in return results in the deterioration of the structure.Government had to intervene by training and educating people on the farm clearance. Giving Farmers Hope

Map of GIVING FARMERS HOPE One Acre Project has been developed in some areas with an amount of productive results.To improve teh welfare of the people of western this project took root in the past few years and as at now has been able to place the farmers in a very position. This project has contributed alot to the community changing is altogether for better.The production of maize was particularly improved in the last 5 years that people started practising the ideas they learned from this intiative in awork shop by the one Acre farm facilities.
