A lot has been achieved so far in the implementation of the project.16 community health workers have been trained on Malaria prevention, Tuberculosis reduction, HIV prevention and prevention of water borne diseases. 80 nursery school children have been screened for Malnutrition and other ailments and medication provided.
Solar power is used at the Kokwa dispensary, however the inverter used for the refrigerator was faulty hence comprising vaccine storage, but thank you to our donors the inverter has been repaired and the fridge is functional again.
100 treatable bed nets have been distributed to a number of households, and we are looking forward to providing all the households with treatable bed nets, and Neem tree seedlings.
