Map of Being Economically Empowered Its estimated that more than 60% of the graduating youth are in Kenya are jobless.A staggering number putting in mind that the youth form more than 70% of the country's population .That s the exact reason why vijana no leo was formed a youth empowerment programme that brought the youth of the target kakamega county together ,to start business help each other become economically empowered thanks to the programme many youth have seen the importance of entrepreneurship in todays world .Although we need more funds to expand our projects our target of 3000 members employed by 2012 can be stopped. The Olympic Games

Map of THE OLYMPIC GAMES The olympic games are among the most popular sports competitions that attract worldwide atention the games started in Greece 776 BC. They are held every four four years in a different country. In 2008 the Olympic Games were held in Kenya. Many people came to see how their players were going to participate in the athletes. There were special traffic and parking arrangements for the games. Spectetors , athletes and officials made their way to venues. The games were full of surprises. Other Olympic and world records were set in different events. In steeplechase, Kenyan athletes dominated in their spectacular manner winning the first three position. Read more.

Protection For All

46-60 years old , in Vihiga, Kenya
Map of PROTECTION FOR ALL Every life would wish to have good security to enable one produce his/her property with no fear of property. Many other steal from others who have worked hard for what they own today. Cattle stealing and food produce form the forms are forms are often stolen. Security issue therefore needed a quick address to reduce the cases. The local leaders came up with a plan to reduce on the same. A forum was carried out and all the villagers invited. In these workshop, it emerged that the vice is carried out by members born and raised from the same village. A lasting solution was attained and today they enjoy their privacy of security. Read more.
