Map of A GREAT MOTIVATION/ATTRACTION SITE Kogelo the ancestral home of the US president Barrack Obama has turned into a tourism attraction center with visitors flockig in from time to time.It has been organized to mean volumes for the world at large. This rural place has scored alot,made our community elevate its CV on the world rating. There has been alot of economic booster for our comunity and great change with even a memorial facility/hotel beeing constructed to serve visitors well. Read more.

Hunger In The Country

Map of Hunger in the country About 1.4 million people in North eastern are in an urgent need of relief food. The north eastern commissioner Hassan Farah who has identified the situation as it worsens due to failure of rains in all the three countries of Garissa, Wajir, Mandera with the weather forecasters forecasting drought by october. He has take a step of meeting the NGO's and clerics and telling them the situation is bad and could get even worse if something is not done. He has also appealed to the ministry of special programmes and that of water and irrigation to intervene urgently and give out relief food and water in the most affected areas. Read more.
