I am happy to report to all of you that we recently completed another round of professional development training to our beneficiaries. Investing in the growth and capacity of young professionals is key to empowering them, and strengthening their confidence in the job market and workforce, which is why we value our professional development program---as it aims to help recent university graduates obtain practical knowledge and skills that will help them in their job-hunting efforts and better equip them for the work environment.
Enclosed is a training completion report prepared by Ritaj for Managerial Solutions, the company who conducted the training, which highlights in detail information about the training, i.e. duration, participants, content, session briefs, and other valuable details.
Also enclosed for your review are testimonies given by many participants regarding the training they received; and we are delighted to share with you all the great feedback!

I hope each of you is enjoying your Summer. For those of you observing Ramadan, Ramadan Mubarak to you and your families.
I know how each of you looks forward to receiving our regular updates. It is time to post another project report to brief you on our Professional Development Program.
Our upcoming professional development training is scheduled to take place this August 7th. Therefore, we are currently working on preparing for its implementation. We are still looking to finalize the professional training institution on ground we will be retaining to conduct the training. One of the training institutions, which is a prospect, is the same company we used for the last session, which is Ritaj for Managerial Solutions.
As you know, the topics offered in the last session included: Computer skills Workplace environment Effective communication skills Resume building and interview skills Time management Leadership skills. However, in addition to those topics listed above, we are also looking to add the following subjects for the upcoming round: (i) Personal branding; (ii) The elevator pitch; (iii) Business English, and (iv) accounting and financial concepts basics for all non business graduates, in hopes to expose our intended beneficiaries, i.e. recent university graduates with greater practical knowledge and skills that will help them in their job-hunting efforts and better equip them for the work environment.
For our next project report, we will be able to provide you with greater details on our upcoming professional development training, including the final list of topics, some testimonies and pictures.

For this cycle, we partnered with Ritaj for Managerial Solutions to conduct the training, which was held March 17th to March 29th. We wanted to take this opportunity to share with you recent developments/activities for our Professional Development program, which as you know, aims to help recent university graduates obtain practical knowledge and skills that will help them in their job-hunting efforts and better equip them for the work environment. One new update is that we are currently talking with a company called Berlitz, A Global Education Company. We are very excited about this potential collaboration because Berlitz is a very reputable and highly regarded institution, which will greatly benefit our young professionals and better equip them for success. We are looking to retain their services in providing training to Palestinian recent university graduates in Business Communication Skills and Global Leadership Training. Our participants however, must have at least a basic level of English understanding, and must pass an English proficiency test to receive training, which we are currently working towards administering to our participants. Additionally, we are looking to partner with a company called Ritaj for Managerial Solutions to conduct our next professional development training. We concentrate on those subjects, which we believe will offer Palestinian recent university graduates with essential and practical skills aimed to help them in their employment efforts and to better equip them for the professional world. The subjects we would like for Ritaj to offer training in include, but may not be limited to the following topics:
