Dear all, may this update find each of you in the best of health and spirits. Happy Spring.  


We recently completed another round of professional development training, which was held January 31 to February 6, 2015. The training was conducted by Ritaj for Managerial Solutions. I wanted to share with you the following testimonies from 2 participants that attended this past session:

“These courses taught me how to be prepared for an interview, and now I feel confident handling future interviews.”

“I learned how to market myself and how to define the thing that will distinguish me from others, and I learned that after I have a job, I must participate in the decision making process in that company.”

Our next professional development session is scheduled for June. Our foundation values the importance of building greater relations with diverse institutions on ground to conduct the training; and we are happy to announce that HRD, (which stands for Human Resource Development), is a new company that will be offering the training for our upcoming session. Dear All, Happy New Year!

As the new year begins, we look forward to offering more recent university graduates with professional development training; and equally excited to be working towards investing in the growth and capacity of young professionals through knowledge and skill-building.

We wanted to express our Warm Wishes to you for an amazing, healthy, and happy 2015; and to keep you in tuned with our professional development program.  

We are currently in the planning stages for our upcoming professional development training, which is expected to take place in the next several weeks. One new development we’d like to share with you is that in addition to having a local private company conduct the training, we are also thrilled to have professors from Birzeit University support our professional development training initiative, and is also expected to participate in training participants in the upcoming session.

In our next report, we would have completed our upcoming training session; so we look forward to sharing with you greater details regarding the training, i.e. topics, feedback, testimonies, pictures, etc.

I am happy to report to all of you that we recently completed another round of professional development training to our beneficiaries. Investing in the growth and capacity of young professionals is key to empowering them, and strengthening their confidence in the job market and workforce, which is why we value our professional development program---as it aims to help recent university graduates obtain practical knowledge and skills that will help them in their job-hunting efforts and better equip them for the work environment.

Enclosed is a training completion report prepared by Ritaj for Managerial Solutions, the company who conducted the training, which highlights in detail information about the training, i.e. duration, participants, content, session briefs, and other valuable details.

Hello All,

I hope each of you is enjoying your Summer. For those of you observing Ramadan, Ramadan Mubarak to you and your families.

I know how each of you looks forward to receiving our regular updates. It is time to post another project report to brief you on our Professional Development Program.

Our upcoming professional development training is scheduled to take place this August 7th. Therefore, we are currently working on preparing for its implementation. We are still looking to finalize the professional training institution on ground we will be retaining to conduct the training. One of the training institutions, which is a prospect, is the same company we used for the last session, which is Ritaj for Managerial Solutions.

As you know, the topics offered in the last session included: Computer skills Workplace environment Effective communication skills Resume building and interview skills Time management Leadership skills. However, in addition to those topics listed above, we are also looking to add the following subjects for the upcoming round: (i) Personal branding; (ii) The elevator pitch; (iii) Business English, and (iv) accounting and financial concepts basics for all non business graduates, in hopes to expose our intended beneficiaries, i.e. recent university graduates with greater practical knowledge and skills that will help them in their job-hunting efforts and better equip them for the work environment.  

For our next project report, we will be able to provide you with greater details on our upcoming professional development training, including the final list of topics, some testimonies and pictures.

We just completed another round of our professional development program. For this cycle, we partnered with Ritaj for Managerial Solutions to conduct the training, which was held March 17th to March 29th. The training offered included the following:

Computer skills
Workplace
environment
Effective communication skills
Resume building and interview skills
Time management
Leadership skills


I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you some pictures, as well as some testimonies we have received from several of our beneficiaries:
