Charles Siqueira is trained as a dancer, and he calls himself an educator. Since 2002 he has left a secure job in bank to dedicat himself fully to educate favela children. He is particularly gifted to deal with children which are considered "trouble makers". When asked about his method, her answers: "it is the method of love". I am just there for them and the children start to open themselves"
Eliana lives in the Julio Otoni Community and is very involved with the Center. She takes care of the children, prepares the snacks and welcome them every day with love and care.
