This project assists the Sankhuwasabha Education Scholarship Foundation (SESF) Khandbari in establishing a permanent fund for an orphanage entitled Child Welfare Home (CHW) Khandbari. With the bank interest of the fund SESF is dedicated to providing food, medicine, education and other necessary support to 13 orphaned and helpless children and their care mother in sustainable way.
Since 2009 Sankhuwasabha Education Scholarship Foundation (SESF) has been supporting Child Welfare Home (CHW) Khandbari to care for 13 orphaned and helpless children. SESF lacks sufficient financial resources to continue supporting CHW. The organization needs the support of generous donors in order to continue providing food, school fees, educational supplies, and medical care until the kids complete grade 12 and become self dependent in their future life. Please kindly help us in our mission!
This project will help SESF to collect donations from private donors and charitable organizations around the world and establish a permanent fund for CHW. The fund will be deposited at Khandbari Development Bank in a 13% fixed-interest bank account.A big part of the interest received from the bank account will be used to finance the orphanage's day-to-day activities. We hope the fund will continue to grow. As result CHW will be more self-sufficient and be better positioned to expand its service.
This project will provide 13 orphans and their care mother with safe shelter, educational opportunities, medical care, and perhaps most importantly, love and support. As a result of long-term support, these children will have the opportunity to continue their education and eventually lift themselves out of extreme poverty. Their future successes will also allow them to contribute to their surrounding community in a meaningful way and help bring more visibility to the plight of orphans.
As one of the founding members of CHW,Sankhuwasabha Education Scholarship Foundation believes this project will help bring positive and lasting change in the lives 13 orphaned and helpless childrrn
