Josephine Kulea receives the Unsung Hero Award

On International Women’s Day 2011, the US Ambassador, Michael Ranneberger, held a reception in his home in Nairobi to mark the day. Our very own Board Member Josephine Kulea received a special unsung hero award for her volunteer work rescuing girls as young as 4 years from FGM and Early Forced Marriage.
