Tax Day update!

Thanks, donors, on behalf of Parkour Visions gym. We wish you a happy tax day, especially with writeoffs your donations have provided :)

We've only received a few donations from the Global Giving community, but our efforts have inspired a number of private donations. We've been using the funds to build more equipment for classes and outreach programs, to continue our outreach efforts, and to begin securing material for a new facility.

Our outreach program has seen a number of changes in curriculum and is still going strong as we reach at-risk youth in Seattle shelters and programs. We've begun offering scholarships to our lower income students, and have been able to help 3 families who cannot afford our memberships get access to the benefits of parkour classes.

We've been on the hunt for new space, and have been figuring out ways to be more attractive to prospective landlords. The private donations we have received have helped that effort tremendously.

Watch this space for more updates, and thank you for your help so far.
