Danielle Berfond - Nourish International Chapter Founder

Danielle will be working towards both recruiting and informing students on campus for the project with NACWOLA, and will be assisting the Project Leader Sally with coordinating the logistical elements. She also hopes to accompany the group on the trip, and while there help faciltiate the relationship between Nourish and NACWOLA.

Patrick Oloya - NACWOLA Liaison

Patrick is a Capacity Building Officer with NACWOLA and has been closely working to see that the organization introduces their members, women living with HIV/AIDS, to the paper making industry. NACWOLA and its members use a lot of papers to write memory books, yet this is currently at the high cost of Uganda Shillings 15,000 per copy (approximately US$ 8.3), which the org would like to improve.

Amber Dunn - Executive Director, Africa Rising

Amber has worked with Africa Rising since 2009 as the Executive Director. Africa Rising works with and through a network of 14 effective, grassroots, African organizations in East Africa, including NACWOLA. . She has lived for several months in South Africa and Kenya, and enjoysworking with a global community of change makers who partner with Africans to see them thrive on their own terms.
