As the managing editor of the study ‘Women’s Rights in the Middle East and North Africa: Citizenship and Justice’, Ms. Nazir traveled to Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, the Palestinian Territories, Syria, and UAE to hold meetings with partner NGOs and women’s rights leaders, media and politicians. Ms. Nazir has studied Islamic law and has written several articles on women’s rights
