Summary
"OUR Farm Net" will create a sustainably distributed network of organic food production & alternative energies on the first stage. Urban farming + Video Game + Social Network + Micro-Franchise + Wiki
What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
In 2025 60% of the world's population will live in a city. Urban areas which import their foods from rural areas and foreign countries contribute directly and indirectly to economic, social and environmental degradation. This causes famine in countries and rural areas that export food and commodities. We are all responsible for addressing this problem, finding creative ways to buffer the negative impact of our modern lifestyle. http://www.urgentevoke.com/profiles/blogs/food-energy-water-patterns
How will this project solve this problem?
Creating affordable home based food production modules as in:http://www.urgentevoke.com/profiles/blogs/our-evokation-our-module and eventually creating OUR Community Farms http://www.urgentevoke.com/profiles/blogs/our-evokation-our-community
Potential Long Term Impact
The final objective is to create a sustainable and resilient global distributed network. This will improve at a systemic level the way we construct and maintain our food, water, health, education, human rights and communities. We believe in happiness
Project Message
OUR belief is that cooperation, open source innovation, sharing and a creative playful approach will enable us to solve the biggest challenges humanity has ever faced. OUR belief is we can evolve.
