Build a platform to teach business skills, enable individuals to easily create new businesses, focus on their core aims and outsource non-core tasks to specialists, creating a business ecosystem.
Southern Africa has some of the highest unemployment figures in the world: South Africa: 25% Lesotho: 40% Namibia: 52% Zimbabwe:95% This creates downward spirals to both the economy (unemployed can't contribute, the economy shrinks, companies, downsize, there are more unemployed) and those without work. Even those with work experience have trouble getting to interviews and making a good impression without any income.
We will make it easy for anyone with drive, ambition and a passion to create their own business. The platform will allow them to gain skills and work together, creating an ecosystem of small, focussed businesses outsourcing their non-core tasks.
The platform will create rewarding employment opportunity for millions of people.
