At last years world champinshi[ps in Berlin, Moses Kipsiro turned down all intreviews requests after finishing fourth in 5,000 metres. From the track, he dashed straight through thr marked zone and frustration could actually be easilly read from his face. Quite understandable!
It wasn't the first time a medal had slpped out of his hands despite down acting the ealier stages of every race he competed in. Just five months before Berlin, Kipsoro had surrendered Gold to Ethiopia Gebre Gebre mariam in the last five meters of the world cross championships in Jordan.
His perfomance before and after jordan have all been too ssimilar, good but not satisfying. Few months ago, it was rather safe to assume that Ugandas best runner had signed a pact with second position. He never looked like he would shed off his man tag in the long distace races that have been dominated by Kenya and Ethiopia. This is quite disappointing for an upcoming star like him, why trying to lose hope?....... Get on board please.
